                                                                                 La liberté d'expression s'exerce avec des limites dans l'intérêt des populations. La peinture qui n'est pas une peinture décorative est celle où l'on communique. Painting that is not a decorative painting is the one where we communicate. Ne pas communiquer en art, c'est vivre dans la noirceur.                                         Freedom of expression is exercised with limits in the interest of the people.
